Why Is The CW Failing?

Over the last week, there was news that ViacomCBS and Warner Bros were looking to sell The CW. The aspect of the news that got my attention was the part where the CW had not many any profit since its inception. That's crazy to me In this video, I try to explain how exactly the network might be failing.
